Question for people that stayed in the hotel room during Ai-Kon.
Did anyone happen to come across a grayish/brownish shirt with Mario on it and the text "Video Athlete"? I thought I might have stuck in my bag but I just went though all of my clothes and I couldn't find it. I really REALLY like that shirt (it even has my birth year on it) and I hope I didn't lose it ;_; |

Just to let everyone know, Tannis had her surgery this morning and everything went fine :) She's still recovering, but should be discharged tomorrow. |
Since I'm already on this thing, I might as well update about Tannis' condition.
She has Gullbladder stones, that was what was causing her pain attacks. She's in the St. B. hospital right now, they're going to operate to remove her gullbladder in the next couple of days.
She's doing well though, outside any massive pain attacks that is, but thankfully those seem to getting less frequent. They got her on some sort of antibiontics and they seem to be just waiting to get her into surgery.
She on the seventh floor in room 10 (I think it was room 10) if anyone wants to visit, she's probably very bored right about now. I'm going there as soon as I'm done here at home.

I'm not sure how many of you I've told, but I'm moving. A little while ago, my current apt blocks decided to start selling the apts as condos rather than renting, so my Mom and I have been looking for a new place ever since.
We just found a new apt that's available Sept 1. We have until Monday to vacate our current place though.
The thing is, I think it would be really good to get some help. Right now it's only my mom, my brother and myself moving and my Mom really shouldn't be lifting much (bad back). What we have planned is to move most things on Friday, hopefully in the morning, to the new apt. If anyone has time, and doesn't mind carrying a few boxes, comment/call me. Any help would be greatly appreciated ^_^ |
